With over 275 permanent collection sites, the program aims to prevent drug misuse, protect the environment, and enhance community safety through proper medication disposal.

The Lethal Dose

This picture shows the lethal doses of Fentanyl and Carfentanil relative to a lethal dose of Heroin. How does this affect Arkansas? We are already seeing drugs being cut with Fentanyl and Arkansas Law-Enforcement officers have confiscated pure Fentanyl that look like pills. It is here and it is very, very deadly.

Keep track of your prescriptions and only take them according to the instructions

Secure

Store prescriptions in a safe place at home and work; do not share medications with others

Dispose

Discard unused medications at a Take Back collection site; do not flush medications or throw them in the trash
